The Great Lakes Basin Railroad is a very bad idea for the environment. I am 95 and have seen some much change, this railroad will further reduce the places migrating birds can rest. It will also alter the landscape that many think the birds use to know where they are flying. I think this railroad would help further the decline of many birds, that use our area as a stopping grounds on their bi-yearly flights.
