a lot of concerns if you close any of the roads out in the country usually to get back around somewhere else may take you 5 to 10 miles to get back around and if a fire truck needs to get in they'll have to drive that much farther to get to us also the drainage of the fields will be compromised because the railway will be built up so high that the drainage can't get through most of these fields do have wet spots that need to drain in all of Wisconsin and im sure the other states also. On 140 in Clinton wi the railway chose one of the bigest hills in Clinton to cross there already is alot of axidents there if they build a bridge to go over from one side to the other it will cause blind spots on 140 and make it hard to cross or turn on from townline rd. there also is a blind hill to the south that if they Make a level grade crossing people will be killed by the semis coming over the hill because cars will hopefully be stopped by the train, (if they dont run into it as they fly over the hill) visibility to the north has to be clear all the way back to the hill near Waite rd.because of the speed they are coming im afraide the visibility will be blocked by the bridge if they go over
