PLEASE do not go across the river at Merritt Island with rail tracks. The state and county have spent considerable money trying to improve the river. I don't believe people who say it won't have an impact. Going through the air force land may be difficult to accomplish and take time to negotiate but its certainly a better option than the other proposals.
