FD 35852 · CANAVERAL PORT AUTHORITY - PETITION FOR EXEMPTION TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A RAIL LINE EXTENSION TO PORT CANAVERAL, FL

Comment EI-20803

Received or sent (printed as 12/18/2014)

To whom it may concern. The building of a rail system from port canaveral to the KSC is a diminhing of quality of life, destruction of the Indian River sea grass & wild wild. Running a rail across the Indian will destruct important vegetation that sustains the manatees, dolphin & fish that live in the Indian river. The Merritt Island wildlife refuge which rears the SAvannahs golf coarse community has been federally protected. Now that the money infused Port Canaveral wants to build a rail system sounds that there is no consideration for any of the Indian river, wildlife & residents of the savanna's golf course community. As a tax paying citizen of Brevard County & resident of Merritt Island I am asking you to DENY THE RAIL SYSTEM JOB AS PLANNED. Thank you Marco Calderon
