I am very concerned that the rail will be running directly behind our house - bringing down the value of our home; ruining the peace and quiet that we have in our neighborhood and damaging the environment as stated in the meetings that we attended. I don't believe that the train will only run the limited number of times mentioned. I believe that this will grow and grow due to the investment being made in the port. They will need to recoup these costs.
