As a Service connected Disabled Veteran having only 33% of my lung function. I Moved to The Savannah Golf Course for the fresh clean air away from the city Dianna Shores area . I have problems with the controlled burns the County does & am stuck in-doors during these events. Having Diesel trains moving thru our neighborhood would restrict me to the point of being stuck indoors with very little enjoyment of our clean air. I hope I get as much consideration as an endangered species ,like a Scrub Jay and halt this environment destroyer Rail Line Thru This Area. Thank you. Mr. Paul J. Snyder
