The railroad -with any earthen-causeway style support should not be considered for this project. The further covering (impact) of the Banana River bottom with such an earthen substructure exacerbates already heightened issues with water quality, circulation, and sensitive wildlife connectivity. In addition, the short sighted plan to connect via NEW tracks through MI and KSC instead of along an existing transportation coorridor with NEW tracks (along the BEACHLINE) to COCOA (affording north and south and to the WEST as the other rails are in planning to Orlando and MIA west appear highly inappropriate, impulsive and wasteful use of dollars. Respectfully yours, Jane Provancha
