I'm certain you know ALL the reasons why this rail proposal is a bunch of crap and absolutely unnecessary. Use of the EXISTING rail to the north of the port is not only cheaper and can be configured to ease any concerns for security of the Air Force. Save money and do the right thing by listening for once!
