Please don't construct a new rail way in our lagoon. I have been fishing here my whole life and it's one of the last few great places Florida has left in terms of accessibility to wilderness, one of the last few places that isn't littered with noise or lights. The amount of pollution a railway would bring to the river would be unbearable, more than what you expect it will be and more than you would report. We have all seen a decline in this area and every one here that loves it wants to improve the water not just for their own enjoyment but for the wildlife as well. We have such an amazing diverse ecosystem in this state and little by little we keep taking it away, soon there will be nothing left. I beg you please, don't construct anything in the sensitive areas of the lagoon. Don't construct anything that will not be for the betterment of the already suffering wildlife. Please don't construct anything that will lessen the flow of water even more than it already is. Our rivers are dying and the people of this great state want to help revive them, not put them out of their misery. We want our rivers healthy, the wildlife needs them healthy, so please don't construct anything in our lagoons. Please don't ruin one of Florida's greatest treasures.
