re: Docket No. FD 35852 Dear Mr. Navecky and all - When we moved to Central FL we looked in Florida from the West to the East Coast, north and south of Orlando and finally settled on Brevard County. At one point our realtor showed us a property that was ideal - until we saw, and heard, it's proximity to a railroad track. Because of that we knew that it would not be suitable as a good future investment for our relatives nor a quiet home for us, We chose property on north Merritt Island for it's peace and serenity. We chose property far from train tracks. Now a handful of investors are trying to push this train through into the lives, backyards and property values of thousands of people along it's proposed route. There are truly thousands of people, not to mention the environment, that will be harmed by this track placement. When we carefully chose our property we never dreamed that there would one day be trains running near it, property that we purposely chose away from train tracks. How many of the investors will live next to these train tracks? We don't want to. This track development is not fair and should be terminated. Sincerely, Kim and Steve Smith, 5390 Judson Rd., Merritt Island, FL 32953
