This project was approved by the STB, but NO environmental review was conducted. The STB decision concludes with statement that there would be no negative impact on the human environment.This project involves the storage of 320,000 gallons of liquid propane in a residential neighborhood less than 1/2 mile from an elementary school. The elementary school and many homes are well within the blast area if there were ever an incident. Did the STB board members know the location of this project? Please tell me whom I may contact to reopen consideration of this project. Maybe it could be done on a smaller scale than 320,000 gallons of explosive material. Thank you.
