There was NO Environmental Analysis in this case.GURR is siting 320,000 gallons of Liquid Propane Gas within mere FEET from many homes, an Elementary school, ad a library. None of this was included in the STB decision. Who specifically may I contact about this? Please see 2 attachments taken from the current GURR's own filing with the MA State Fire marshall regarding blast zones and distances. As an off site receptor" aan elementary school is a mere 1500 FEET from the tanks. Who to contact regarding the fact that this location was never reviewed by the STB?"
