This is about the California High-Speed Rail case. The rail authority filed a request for declaratory relief and this is a comment. It is supposed to go to Cynthia T. Brown and I have the number as STB Finance Docket FD 357241. Is there anyway to send me a note by email to let me know you received my letter?
