We received a notice from your office 30 days ago requesting our comments on the proposed rail line in Eagle Pass, Maverick County, Texas, but there is not sufficient information for us to review. When you are ready to coordinate under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, please contact us in advance to discuss your Area of Potential Effect and archeological and historic sites survey methodology.
