Comment EI-18353

Received or sent (printed as 9/28/2010)

This proposal (FD #35116) is another attempt to fill central Pennsylvania with unwanted garbage, noxious odors, noise, dusty roads, truck traffic, and all environmentally degrading side effects. The proposed quarry could create irreversible problems for the pristine trout stream just below. Black Moshannon Creek is one of the few unspoiled (acid mine drainage) streams in the area. This stream is enjoyed by many people in many ways; it would be criminal to ruin this run of clean water.
