The proposed train reactivation will NEGATIVELY/ADVERSELY effect the entire Mountaintop Region. The most damaging impact of the entire proposed project will be to our water system. It is essential that our environment be protected. It is of great importance to our lives and livelihoods that the water not be damaged and this project not move forward. It would destroy our protected species, and this is against the laws of PA. Please consider not only the impact now, but for the future. PA needs to protect this area. Please act wisely to prevent the devastation the proposed railine would cause in moving forward with the landfill, quarry, ethonol plant.
