As a hunter, fisherman, canoeist, hiker, x-c skier, outdoor photographer, mt. biker, and the list goes on and on; I am concerned for OUR natural resources and refer to the PA State Constitution, Article I, Section 27(We have the right to clean air, pure water, and the preservation of natural, scenic, historic, and esthetic values of the environment.) This proposal will have have a serious impact on all these items, that future generations (who at this time have no input), will have to deal with. The idea of re-establishing the rail system will be a drain on the budget of any company involved in a project of this magnitude. Without Government Grants to subsidize this project where will the money come from? We the people should not bear the burden for this project!
