Re: STB Finance Docket No. 35087 I am opposed to the proposed acquisition of the EJ&E Railroad by Canadian National Railway. It will cause excessive noise, congestion, and unsafe situations regarding emergency response. It will also be a financial burden to U.S. taxpayers who live in the area.
