I strongly oppose the proposed sale of the EJ&E to CN and feel that the DEIS is severly flawed in several areas. Please take a closer look at the economic impact of the home owners in the affected areas, the cost of mitigation and who will bear the brunt of that cost, the noise levels, air pollution, grade crossing issues, emergency vehicle response time, haz mat issues, the reality of the vacated tracks being utilized to capacity further out in the future, and I could go on and on. Please don't allow this transaction to go forward.
