Please help me and my neighbors to save the quality of our lives and not permit CN from destroying much of what we've worked years to obtain. We are not elitists! We are people who care about the safety of our children, the safety of our water, the safety of all who cross over any of the tracks that CN wants to use with many, many more trains that are much, much longer and therefore more cars will be carrying hazmet materials. On top of all this, CN has the audacity to send us the bill for any mitigation so that they can make immeasurable profits over the years. Our community is already losing money from future businesses locating in our area for fear of this acquisition being approved. Can you imagine how many businesses will have to close their doors once CN is here??? CN has been less than honest with their reports and their responses have been very evasive. How can you trust what they are telling you? Please use reason and not the antiquated laws revolving around railroad lines that have been on the books for over 100 years. You hold the quality of so many tens of thousands of people in your hands. Please use your power with wisdom, honesty and integrity! Thank you!
