Re: STB Finance Docket No. 35087 I urge you to carefully deliberate the negative environmental impacts of the CN proposed acquisition of the EJ&E Railroad. Please do not be bullied by the Canadian railroad to a decision timeframe designed soley to meet the financial profit desires of the Canadian company. Please carefully consider the negative environmental impact on our community disclosed in the Draft EIS such as increased risk of accidents and injury, delayed medical and fire response time, reduction in property values, etc. Thank you.
