Dear Ms. Ball, I wish to express my great concern regarding the proposed sale of the EJandE tracks to the Canadian NAtional Railway. Teh EJand E tracks bisect Barringon 4 time in about a mile to a mile and a quarter. This puts all emergency equipment on the East side with the possibility of not accessing the west side of town which has 5 schools and the hospital. The proposed mitigation does not recognize the densely traveled US Highway 14 and the heavly traffic on Lake Cook Road. If this sale goes through,it will essentially make Barrington a ghost town since no one will be able access the downtown area because of the backed up traffic. These are a few of my concerns regarding this proposed sale of an American rail line to a foreign corporation. Thank you, Marion Hubbard
