Re: CN's offer to be allowed to buy EJ & E and not add any traffic on the lines before the Environmental Impact study is finished and approved is ridiculous. If CN already owns the lines and if the study is not to their liking what fool would think USX would buy it back or CN would be able to sell the lines to someone else. CN is going to do whatever CN wants to do if they are allowed to purchase the EJ & E lines. The traffic and safety issues must be considered and Aurora will definitely be adversely affected with major emphasis on SAFETY. CN has not been good for the Region and is definitely not after the good will of America. CN is totally into profits and I believe the board is not being fair to the people and communities that will be affected by this action. Thank You Dixon Peterson
