I am very concerned about the possible acquistion of the EJ&E by Canadian National. My concern is for the safety of our children who take school buses the most cross the train tracks. For police and fire departments who may be unable to respond promptly, and the inability of those needing to get to the hospital quickly in an emergency. These concerns are due to the fact that all crossings can be blocked at one time by a freight train going through the town of Barrington.
