This is in regard to STB Finance Docket No. 35087. To allow the CN Railroad to expand as CN wants to is unconscionable. We all know safety will be jeopardized because emergency response vehicles alone will undoubdtedly be impacted with delays in adequate response times. We all have a responsibility to take better care of the environment and start reversing the negative impact pollution is making. You would seek to increase substantially the amount of air pollution by allowing increased train traffic and increasing the number of idling vehicles waiting at train crossings. Where is YOUR responsibility with regards to the environment? You have a responsibility to be representative of ALL people affected by this proposed expansion. You are nothing less than irresponsible and lacking in moral character if you only take into consideration the interests of big business, in this case, the CN Railroad. Do what is right and just with regards to ALL involved.
