Ref: STB Finance Docket No. 35087 I am opposed to the CN acquisition of EJ&E because of the harm it will do to the Calumet Area's quality of life. Air Polution is but one important negative issue of the deal. More trains would bring more pollution. More and longer trains will increase the waiting automobiles' idle time, wasting more energy and causing more air pollution. Longer trains that tie up more rail crossings is another issue of inconvenience and safety to area residents. There are nothing but negatives for the area's residents, and it seems all of the positives are CN's. Please consider the Calumet Area's residents' concerns as you move through the decision making process. Thank you, Nick Hlavaty
