i want you to add the EIS from the FD_35081 to your list of items along with any TOTAL impact from the NS/CSX merger and the CN/ic merger and the IDEA of the CN building 3 INTERMODAL facilties in WILL county ILL. that willactually hamper freight trafic flow instead of helping it i also want you to include in your report the MAJOR railoads impact that are there now and if they will be helped in this;or actually hurt by this transaction since the traffic flow around the city will be more of a messwith the new intermodal parks that are being planed for WILL COUNTY ,ILL.instead of reliving the trafic flow and i also want you to make a claim that the current system for dispatching of train in CHICAGO area should be taken out of the hands od TX,NE,VA,FA,and CANADA.And be made to be a separte dispacthing ZONE for CHICAGO ,ILL with the RTA in control of this not the MAJOR freight railroads
