CN Purchase of EJ&E will -Increase gridlock in our area - there are several intersection of the rail and very busy roads like RT 34 which is already extremely congested at rush hours -Delay emergency response vehicles -Increase freight traffic along a line that runs through or is adjacent to 17 District 204 schools -Proposed increase in transportation of hazardous cargo will put residents and children in danger in cases of accident or derailment - The value of residential properties in vicinity of the line will go down dramatically
