I am writing to express my displeasure with the proposed sale of the EJ&J railway in Chicago to Canadaian National. The impact on the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of suburban residents will be impacted too greatly. In addition to sound problems, there are very few bridges to eliminate traffic tie-ups due to the increased train activity. Lastly, School District 204 is beginning to build a new high school close to these tracks. Anyone attempting to drive to this new school site will have to cross grade-level crossings. PLEASE do not let this sale go thru. Sincerely, James Hensley
