The ejand e trains rattle my house and the trains smell like diesel fuel in my back yard. I knew all this when I moved in, in 2004. There is only 1 track so I was comfortable with my purchase. I am apposed to adding a rail, increasing the train traffic and the purchase of the J". This will damage my house, my lungs and my property value. No one will buy my house. It was once quiet and peaceful. Now it will be loud and my house will rattle all the time. Not just 5 times a day. Thank you, Christy Bertrand"
