as the ej&e railroad runs east/west less than three miles to the north of our area, we are concerned about exactly what the amount of trains that will be traveling in this area and as there no longer is a penalty, monetary wise, that will affect standing trains which could easily make them more prone to tardy departures, there will be more pollution emitted! Don't kn ow if we can comment on this other subject but our main comcern is making sure that the C&N would be required to creat overpass's on the five main streets they could block and create major gridlock, including emergency services to the hospitals in the area as these are all north/south roads that would be impacted as the hospitals are all located north of EJ&E tracks!!!
