I can't believe that the sale of the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Rail lines to the Canadian National Railroad is even being CONSIDERED! The impact to ours and the surrounding communities is overwhelming. The noise, traffic delays, etc. are completely unacceptable. I urge you to do all that you can to stop this! Renee Hutchison
