As a resident of Naperville living near the railway, I am concerned about the following negative impacts: * Safety of our children - many walk to schools in this area - and residents: at-grade crossing danger, transportation of hazardous materials * Noise and Vibration: Audible warning system bells (disruptive to students at Fry and surrounding schools during the day and sleep at night). This is a highly residential area. * Traffic: Delays in transporting children to and from school, emergency response time. RR Construction would cause excessive traffic delays at major intersections. * Air Quality: An increase in trains would increase emissions from railway operations decreasing the air quality for the children and residents in this area.
