I live in an area under the 9th Street Bridge in Lockport. There is only one street that allows me access out of this two block area by crossing the tracks that EJ&E currently owns. There has been times when I cannot leave or get to my house because the train has stopped on the tracks and I cannot see the front or the rear of the train. I am only allowed so many chances to be late for work in a year and then I am fired. I am concerned that with 28 trains a day, chances are I will be late for work. What will happen if I lose my job because I cannot get across the tracks?
