We use the train all the time from Effingham to Chicago. If we sell the rail, then Effingham would be without this wonderful service. It is easier to take the train north or south for some of our trips, because we dont have to worry about filling out the tons of forms needed to drive the girls places. Our school systems use the rail as well when they go to Chicago. This would hurt our community. Please dont let the sell go through.
