I am very concerned about the CN and EJ&E merger proposal. I live in the vicinity of Cuba Road and Ela. Shopping dining or doing business in this area will be greatly encumbered if the CN Railroad puts more freight trains on the EJ&E line. I have a very serious concern about being able to get to Good Shepherd Hospital. Our physicians are located by the hospital, where we have frequent appointments. I'd hate to think that in an emergency situation, we could be stopped by a freight train and have no other possible way of getting there. We are blocked by railroad lines all the way around our area. Please, please I beg you to consider the consequences of what could happen in our town of Barrington and the Deer Park area. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please help us.
