My concern is of SAFETY. When large freight trains pass thru Frankfort at least two to three crossings will be blocked at the same time. This will cut us of of EMERGENCY responce of police and fire department. Aiso this is a single track wnat will happen if the is a derailment?? What kind of products will be hauled thru out fine town?
