I am in protest of the porposed buyot of the E&J raliroad by Candain National Railway. This purchase by CN will impact my property and the lifestyle of my children dramatically. We live backed up to the railroad on Haffenrichter in Aurora. This would cause continuous delays in my backyard and the continuous running of trains will probably increase the odds of cracked foundations and cracked concrete patio around my pool from the vibrations of the rumbling rail cars. Not to mention the constant noise and no peacful afternoons in your backyard around the pool. When I purchased this property I was told there would be an adventual commuter line,. not an additional freight line. Our property Taxes are incredibly high already, If they are this high and and we can not enjoy our outside enviornment I think it is ridiculous. If this freight line does go through there should be a reductrion in property taxes for the indivduals who have to deal with this intrusion. Sincerley, Ronn E. Smith
