This is our rental property. EJ&E takeover would increasing freight-train traffic near this house. - West Bartlett Road is the primary artery road to this western Bartlett. The train crossing already is very tenous. After the increased traffic, this will get extremely bad. The alternate routes are not designed for the high level of traffic on West Bartlett Road. - The increased train traffic and closed crossing will create mayham. Each closing at West Bartlett Road backs up traffic for 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile, that is the ones who stay. - More traffic creates increased noice disturbance. - Property values will be adversely affected.
