I am a homeowner in Frankfort, IL and am very concerned about the environmental impact the merger of EJ&E Railroad and CN will have on our community. The train traffic will increase ten-fold, the whistles will be unbearable, and the safety of our residents is being put at risk. Attached are pages and pages of concerns from area residents.
