I am strongly opposed to the proposed CN Railway purchase and rerouting of trains. This proposal will dramatically change the Barrington communities and surrounding towns in a very negative way. People's lives should come before big company's wants! Our children deserve to be able to get to and from school as safely as possible. I have 3 children that attend 3 different schools in the Barrington area. We travel over tracks at least a half dozen times a day. My children ride their bikes over these tracks. We patronize the businesses in Barrington by crossing these tracks. The residents of our community enjoy the beauty of these roads. Please do not allow this change to ruin the lives we all have worked so hard to achieve! We take pride in this wonderful community.
