I have many concerns about the proposed merger. Especially the increase in use of the tracks which are located about a 1/2 mile from my house and cut-offs traffic into Naperville not. My other major concern is about the materials they will be transporting the potential harm to the community given the number of homes and schools in very close proximity to these tracks. In addition, there are many other far reaching problems from this sale. Some of them include: ***Crossing Safety @ Railroad crossings ***Emergency Response Times ***Increased travel times at ALL times of the day and night. ***Increased Pollution - potential spills/accidents ***Vibration Damage to homes ***Quiet Zones - will there be train horns blaring at 3 AM??? Therefore we, my family and I, oppose this merger. Mari Reid Walbridge
