Re: Railway by out of EJ&E by CN Adverse side effects of pollutants related to health. I am concerned about the increase in noise, vibration and air pollutants for those who live in close proximity of the rail line. These pollutants will have adverse side effects on the health sensitive population, those that are already afflicted with a disorder, which will be exasperated when exposed to more environmental pollutants. Those adversely effected, having no other choice, would need to sell their homes, leave their communities and move to a cleaner environments. People must take precedence over freight.
