I am not sure Docket prefix is correct. Regarding acquisition of EJ&E by Canadian National Railway, increased train traffic across the tracks on Rt 34 (Ogden Ave.) and 95th St.(Wolf Rd)would cause a major hardship to those that live west of these tracks. The traffic is VERY HEAVY, especially on Rt. 34 and to allow more trains to use those tracks would be ridiculous unless some type of overpass or underpass was constructed (but space could be a problem). The residential and commercial development west of these tracks has grown significantly to the point that those particular tracks should not even be used in my opinion. As such, I AM opposed to the sale of these tracks unless some way can be found to bypass the trains over or under the roadway. Thanks. Karen Fray
