RE: STB Finance Docket #35087 I'm writing to express my concern over the effects that the recent purchase of the E&J railroad by CN railroad will have on my community. I feel that there are many far-reaching problems from this sale, including: increased travel times, vibration damage to homes, increased noise and air pollution, as well as the impact on emergency vehicles response times. Our community cannot afford the expense it would take to alleviate these problems. If this sale benefits the nation", as CN claims, then they and the government should help us! I cannot stress enough to you how my life as well as my community will be adversely affected by this sale."
