I am against this railroad sale for 2 important reasons. One is a selfish reason in which the current noise level of the trains is extremely annoying now so I can't imagine how much worse it will be. The other reason is an obvious one that concerns upcoming traffic flow problems but more importantly, the impact of emergency vehicles and school buses trying to cross the tracks. I would like to hear what benefits there are in this sale. They would need to be VERY convincing in order to make this sale beneficial.
