Just wanted to express my concerns about the aquisition of EJ&E railway. My main concern is that a large number of students attend school in South Elgin. It has been difficult over the past years getting to the schools (middle and high school). Many times Munger road is blocked by a STOPPED train. Then we have to go aroung and can get stopped at Powis or Rt. 59 or Stearns. Many busses and new drivers travel across these tracks to get to and from school. Thank You
