I would once again like to draw attention to the CN aquisition of the E,J&E rail line and the environmental dangers running 20+ trains a day present for our area. After reviewing the extensive amount of derailments and toxic spills the CN company has on their record over the last three years I am even more concerned with the increased use. Specifically, our whole area for 20+ square miles draw our drinking water from shallow aquifers. Any toxic spill that would either leach into the aquifer or pollute a recharge area to the aquifer would render our area helpless. Please be sure this is closely investigated and researched in the Environmental Impact study.
