I oppose the CN RR aquisition. Both my children and I pass over the RR on Ogden Avenue on our way to and from school each day. Our home is also within 1/2 mile of the tracks. The safety issues and residential noise pollution are unacceptable. Ogden Ave. is unsafe and a traffic nightmare now, with increased rail traffic at that intersection and the others, it will be impossible! Please I implore that you not let this sale go through!
