Please do not grant the Canadian National Railway access to the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Railway. This is a growing community with a clean environment. We have a large number of schools, homes and recreation areas near these railroad tracks and the plans the Canadian National Railway has would destroy our community. I am a father of 3 young boys and we need to preserve our environment and granting the Canadian National Railway their request is not productive and would horribly effect our living area. Thank you.
